Our mission statement, is to help you to make your family happy. Happysend is an online service that enables you to send a variety of practical and thoughtful gifts to your family and friends in Cameroon .

Our popular products are airtime (phone minutes) for mobile phones, Flower Bouquets for special occasions and for loved ones; and mobile handsets.

Paypal is the largest and most reliable payment processor in the world. They are secure and we currently use them to process your credit card payments when you buy from us.
MTN and Orange are the two biggest phone companies operating in Cameroon and we a registered retailer of Airtime with both companies and hence can provide Mobile Phone credits directly to their customers.

Gerald Nupa, Founder and CTO
Gerald Attended St. Joseph's College Sasse. He then pursued a Maths degree at the University of Buea. He left for the UK in 1997 and graduated from Birmingham City University with an honours degree in Communications Engineering. In April 2001, Gerald created the acclaimed network of Cameroonians on the internet, http://www.soban.net.

He joined the Technology Innovation Centre, Birmingham as a Consultant in late 2002. He's the Software development Manager for R Platnauer Group, a leading supplier to the UK Jewellery Industry. In May 2007 Gerald created Happysend.com

Sanwo Kaba Layu, Director - Happysend Cameroon
Sanwo is a versatile and professional graduate with eight years of practice & management experience within the UK's National Health Service (NHS). She moved to the UK after graduating from Our Lady of Lourdes Secondary School in Bamenda, Cameroon.

She made the decision to move back to Cameroon in September 2006, and was appointed Director, HappySend Cameroon, responsible for managing and executing the day to day business operations. Sanwo is married and has a daughter.
Bimeyen Lafon, Director Marketing
Bime is Happysend's Director for Internet marketing, leading online communication with Happysend's customers and partners.

Bime attended St. Joseph's College Sasse and has acquired degrees in computing and internet commerce. He cofounded AfricaYell.com in 2002 and runs NACANDA.com , another project that encourages African communities to use digital tools. Bime is an smart marketing writer and helps with develop some of the software used by Happysend.com.

Diane Daiga, Non-Executive Director - Happysend USA
Diane is a Computer Science graduate of Bowie State University, MD and has over 6 years experience in Information Technology. She founded Muticultural Reflections Inc. in 2004 which addresses issues affecting disaffected Communities.

Diane is a graduate of Our Lady of Lourdes College Bamenda and is an active force within the Cameroonian community in the USA. She's the Founder and Director of Miss Cameroon Global Org

Diane is responsible for managing Business operations in North America. 
Glory Enigho, Deputy Director, Cameroon
Glory is responsible for manaing the daily activities of the Happysend Operations from our Douala Offices.
She's very passionate about her work and has extensive experience within working with cameroonian businesses.

Terence Ndikum, Director - Happysend UK
Terence is an Entrepreneur, Investor and Business Development Consultant for Soflab Group, one of the UK's largest software companies. He attended St. Joseph’s College – Sasse. He moved  to the UK in 1997.  and holds a degree in Computer Networks for Business from Birmingham City University.

With a keen desire to follow in his Dad’s footsteps in business; he joint forces with Gerald Nupa to form 3KLAPS Business Solutions Ltd.He is a Director of HappySend.com in charge of UK operations and sits on its board.

Boris Wango,Operations
Directs & Manages Operations at the level of our service endpoints.

Enih Azobo,Client Services Manager
Happysend Retail Services Client Account Manager. Reponsible for client management and communications.

Gerald Nupa,Founder & Chief Technology Officer

Software engineer cum programmer at T-Mobile, Ericsson & 3KLAPS Business Solutions...I lead the WebServices and Web Applications Division. I operate predominantly within the Microsoft Technology stack.::: .NET 2.0,3.5,4.0, VB, C#, SQL Server 2Kxx,JavaScript,JQuery,ExtJs, HTML, T-SQL, XML...Domain Driven Design

I've been so busy doing the above, I can't think of anything more I get up to.

I Attended St. Joseph's College Sasse, then pursued a Maths degree at the University of Buea. Honours graduate of Birmingham City University in Software & Communications Engineering.


Terence Ndikum,co-founder and Executive Director
I attended St. Joseph’s College Sasse; after passing my A-levels exams I left for Nigeria in search of opportunities to further my Education at any top University. Unfortunately; I was not fulfilled in my quest and returned home in Cameroon to pursue my dreams. In 1997, I finally landed in UK where I pursued a degree in computer networks for business at the Birmingham City University. After graduation I got into business a few years later with 3klaps. Then came the holy grail of ideas [Happysend.com – a service by 3klaps]; since then it has been very hectic. At Happysend.com we are all about a new paradigm; the use of technology to drive change and encourage business/e-commerce. In my role I am involved from basic concepts around branding, business development and marketing initiatives. Out of the world of business is the Cameroonian community in Birmingham; which is to say the least fantastic. We are engaged in football on a weekly basis and have our regular come together as friends within a social gathering.
